A non-refundable 10% deposit is requested at time of booking confirmation for bed and breakfast at The Lovells. In the event of your cancelling please note the following charges:

• If the room cannot be re-let with less than 2 days' notice: full rate
• 2 to 7 days: 75%
• 8 days or more: deposit only except at peak times (eg Spring Garden Show, Jazz Festival, Autumn Show) at discretion of owners.

Sorry we do not have credit card facilities. Rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure please.
